Located in the charming town of New Braunfels, Texas, Meyer Ranch is a former working cattle ranch originally settled by German immigrants over a hundred years ago. The spirit of the original ranch is the inspiration for this 700-acre master-planned community, with hundreds of acres of natural land left untouched for residents to enjoy the simple life gardening, camping or stargazing. Conveniently located near I-35, shopping, downtown New Braunfels, Gruene, Canyon Lake, and award-winning Comal ISD schools – Meyer Ranch is a community you’ll want to call home.
It is with deep sorrow that I share the passing of our dear friend, Frankie Meyer. Our relationship began with a phone call to learn about his family’s land on Highway 46. Our friendship was no doubt instantaneous, from the moment I met him and his wife, Deloris. Countless hours were spent sitting on their back patio getting to know each other, and creating the vision for what is now known as Meyer Ranch. We always agreed that the community, future home to hundreds of families, would pay tribute to the heritage of the ranch that was passed down through generations.
It is with great honor and respect that I express my gratitude to the Meyer family for entrusting us and our partners to develop their beloved 700-acre property to a beautiful master-planned community.
Frankie was a proud Texan, proud of his heritage, and proud of his ranch. Never without a good story, his zest for life was contagious and he thoroughly enjoyed playing a huge role in the development of the land.
Thank you, Meyer Family. Our commitment to you will continue.
Frankie, you have touched the lives of so many and will be greatly missed. Rest in peace.
